Procrastination is a complex psychological behavior that affect everybody and it is related mostly to time management

Procrastination often known exactly what you should be doing even if you can't do it. It happens to everyone in one way or the other and it should be put under control for It not to affect your lifestyle
Mostly procrastination happens to students who are not willing to study. For example: A student might estimate that an examination might take only two days to write and you have some days left in order to read ahead, instead you are found playing with your time and due to your non challant attitude you wasted all you time and unable read.

At this junction during the examination you might not be able to put something down because you have wasted your precious time doing nothing instead of reading. After the examination you will now realise you have loss alot of things which means you are not under control of time.

Stop procastinating , procrastination is rewarded negatively and the behaviour will be repeated over and over again if you are not time conscious and through this you might loss valuable and precious things.
