       Like it doesn't count? Are we truly who we are? Where exactly are we going? Life has become so crazy that people are doing crazy things to get crazy money. Just imagine 18years old girl dating (having sex with)  50years old Daddy.  A joke?  No, it's  reality, It's happening here and there.  But whose fault? Poverty or What?          

         The phenomenon of cross generational Sex has become so rampant, which we all see as a normal thing. The ideal of a relationship between an adolescent girl and a partner who is older (usually wealthier) than her has become a normal activities among girls of nowadays and this can be linked to many long life consequences.
     
       Girls, dating an old Man who is old enough to be your father should be a very irritating relationship to you but instead you sees it as the best way to enjoy life. And the money he will give in exchange of your Destiny has turned you to a fool that you couldn't find it has a big deal. Oh my God!!!  You are toying with your Destiny.

     Cross generational sex is a particular risk factor for an abusive relationship, in most cases the relationship become transactional. Girls how would you be dating your Father's mate and you still have the gut to call him SUGAR DADDY.  Oh my God!!! Sugar Daddy my foot. Like, what exactly do you want?  Can't you stay with your Man and enjoy your relationship in peace, work hard with him and have the best in all instead of trapping yourself into a premature sex with old for nothing,  so called sugar daddy who can make your life go astray which might take you years to build back.

   Let's assume you are so much comfortable with the money Sugar Daddy will give you, what of the Consequences? Are you also comfortable with them, adverse poverty and vulnerable cycle as you may become adolescent mother, along the line you may be forced to drop out from school and particularly are you not scared of STDs(Sexually transmitted Disease) Including HIV/AIDS. If care is not taken all these might lead to an everlasting sorrow for you . If you don't pity yourself, pity your FUTURE HUSBAND.

      Life is not what we really think it is, Poverty is not the cause of everything. Nobody will blame your Parents, Family or Friends, they will all blame you.  Who are your Cycle?  Where are you going?  What exactly do you want?  Remember it is your life and any choice you make today will reflect on your future. The choice is yours.

      True friends are like Gold, difficult to find but very painful when lost. In the journey of Friendship, never let Friends choose you instead choose and know your Friends.  You need to get this right, Friends who are not ready to help you in time of trouble are not your friends, they are Fake friends.

* They give advice that will favour you
* They notice your mistakes and correct you with love
*  They will always be at your side even if they hear bad things about you

              A friend in need is a friend indeed but not all friends can prove to you to be true friend because good friends are only known in time of sorrow. They are known when you have nothing and when you are totally down.  You can never know your real friends in time of enjoyment.
      You don't need to show how good, nice or perfect(vise versa) you are to your friends, your character will define who you are. Remember, character is like a flat tire that has nowhere to go until it is repair.
         Friends with these attributes are not your  friend:
 * They only smile with you when you are in good condition but they disappear in time of sorrow
 * They spend your money but you can never spend theirs
*  They always show up whenever they need your help
 * They give wrong advise that will favor them
 * They will never find solution to your problems but they are capable of worsen the problem
 * They always see your mistakes and find fault in you
 * They will never correct you when you are wrong instead they will say you are right
 * They are always correct whereas they are not
 * They always fake it to Make
Choose your Friend but never let Friends choose you because there are FRIENDS and there are REAL FRIENDS

              The fact that you Club every Friday night doesn't make you a Big Boy.  The fact that you've  been sleeping around  with thousand ladies like a dog doesn't make you a Big Boy.  For the that you uses all the latest material things doesn't make you a Big Boy. Listen!!! Big Boy is not about bleaching,  it is not about leaving bushy hair on your head...... Guys listen!!!  Big Boy is not about sagging with two dirty boxers 

      Smokers are liable to die young yet you never stop smoking, you releases smoke from your mouth like a burnt  firewood,  you never stop drinking like a drunkard, you drink as if breweries will finsh today and you call yourself Big Boy. Is that what you call Big Boy?  Listen!!!  If you want to be a Boy then be a Boy without sense and stop harassing  Big Boy. 
               WHO IS A BIG BOY? 
     "Big Boys are Men with Class and not Boys with Swag"
    Big boy is the one who think enough with his brain. His brain always work faster than his handwriting.  He's the one who think of consequences before action. He's the one that is always independent and Family/friends at times  look up to him. Big boy  doesn't  need crowd to be successful. 
       Big boy always work in silence,  he doesn't flirt around with ladies.  He's always faithful and loyal in relationship. You will always know him by what he does, he's behavior speaks lot about him. He's every Lady's  KING. Big Boy respect his value in Manhood, he carries himself with dignity  and he doesn't depend on friends for surviver.

 The ability of been uncertain about something or having difficult believe about something is called DOUBT
Doubt has killed many dreams, many dreams and visions has been buried all in the name of Doubt
Do you even think you can't make it again?
Or you think there is no future for you?
Do you think that your condition is permanent?
Or you think that your downfall is the end of life?
You need to know this and get the fact that"The biggest fear of success is DOUBT and not FAILURE remember Doubt kills dreams more than Failure does"

Success is not made on a platform of Gold, you need to kill the spirit of Doubt in you in order to give way for success
Make new things, make researches and believe in yourself even if you are not up to the standard.

      The rate at which youths are seeking for job is historically higher than the available jobs. The question is "What are the causes of Youth unemployment"? I classify the causes into two, Causes by Government and Causes by individual. Although Government only play little roles in the cause of youth unemployment whereas individual play many roles. Below are some causes.
                            
        
         Lack of quality and relavance of Education. This is often consider as the first root cause of youth unemployment. It is seems and known that in a developed country the highest unemployment rate is among the people with primary Education or less, the level of your Education matters most when seeking for job.Average Education doesn't guarantee you good job rather make your educational line so high in order to get good job.Although the job might not be the best of your desire but to some extent it will be better than none. Half bread is better than none.

         Also dependency is considered to also be the cause of youth unemployment. As an Educated youth ,must you depend on Government for Job? So far you are Educated then you put together the method of production to produce something valuable. Gone are those days of White collar job, only a lazy youth with pride will sit at home waiting for white collar job when there are thousands of youth seeking for job. 

      As a youth forget about the statement "After school there is no work from Government" Why not engage yourself in some handiworks that can fetch you huge amount of money apart from white collar job? Handiworks like Fashion designing, Hairdressing, Catering, Barbing and many more, just be determine and focus on what to do. Remember this , Fashion designer that will Sow/design Mr A the driver's clothes will be different from the one that will sow Mr B the President clothes. The way you package and moderlise your work will be 80% different from an ordinary youth.

       
           Further more, lack of assistance from Government. If youths are really ready to work, are Government also ready to assist them to achieve their aims?, are they ready to give out loans for them to embark on their projects?. No assistance from Government has discourage some youths and this can lead to high rate of criminals, lack of innovation, poverty, death and can destroy our up coming generation.

  •  As a youth and nation let's put hand on deck and SAY NO TO YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT.

   Talent and skill are often used interchangeably during conversation, although they both works together but at the Same time they are different from each other.  Everybody posses certain skills and talents which makes them different from each other
      Talent is an inborn ability (NATURAL) while skill is a learn ability which needs a voluntary effort. You might be talented and not skillful but there is no way you can be skillful without been talented because talent is a gift from God given to everyone,just that it is an hidden ability which can only be visible by the help of Skill.

Skill is like an helper (Activator) to talent because skill need to refine raw talent into an active one.
Without Skill, talent is uselss

       Jealousy is a painful and an unpleasant emotional feelings that you feel when you think someone is trying to take what you have. According to ERICA SLOTTER "Jealousy is I have something that I think you want ,that I think you are coming after. Envy on the other hand seems to be the opposite of jealously which simply means "I want what you have.
         Jealousy is very good at times because it is good to get jealous of what is good with pure mind but when it's getting too much it hurt. A little jealousy in an healthy relationship is good because it implies your partner is afraid of losing you.
       
         Envy is a feeling that looks like a disease that if not get rid of ,it might get rid of you. If you are too Envious you might kill just to get what that you dont have. Also, if you are jealous of someone, you might hurt the person in order to take out from what the person has.What makes the different between Jealousy and Envy is that Jealousy Hurt while Envy Kills.
 
               As human beings ,we need not to be Jealous of each other nor Envy each other. If you need something that you don't have, work and pray for it rather than developing the spirit of Hatred which is caused by Jealousy

        The Question "WHAT WILL PEOPLE SAY" has destroyed many dreams. Care less about people and their words, reactions and thoughts. Forget about what will people say concerning you because if you care about it then you tends to go wrong path just to satisfy them and it is not possible to satisfy people. Take it or leave it"Some people will Love you while some will Hate you" that is very certain. Do you even realize that you are NOBODY to People if you have NOTHING but if you have SOMETHING you become SOMEBODY to them?


                 
          What will people say has killed many dreams, it has terminate many visions, some has misused their golden opportunity all in the name of What will People Say?. Just believe this, People talk behind you because they are not up to your standard. According to MYLES MUNROE he said "When you are doing nothing you are not a problem for people but the moment you start fulfilling destiny then you become notice and you attract people" Then people start giving different compliments about your success. For you to be great in life you have to think like SOMEBODY not like EVERYBODY and care less about WHAT WILL PEOPLE SAY.

           It doesn't matter who you are in the community because at times nobody cares about your personality if you can't render help. Remember idea is useless unless you share it with people. it doesn't matter how rich you are in the society, if you can't give from the little you have then you have nothing. Remember Treasures that are hidden and locked up benefit no one.
             Create an heart of giving, not because you have more than enough but there are many people out there who need your help, some are out there dying of hunger, If you think life has done you bad, go out and check the number of people who has nothing that you are even better than.
                  Give from your heart and not for the sake of giving, give with a cheerful heart and not with a stony heart because Giving is from the heart. Fine! there are some who are willing to go but no capacity, what about those who have but they are not ready to give?  According to Myles Munroe he said"It doesn't matter what you accomplish, none of it will bring you satisfaction unless you give from what you have"

          Nobody knows tomorrow but we are all praying for a better Future. There is know way Fingers can be equal and everybody is not be born with a silver spoon, we are only working toward achieving the silver spoon.
         Never in life look down on anybody, if they are nothing today, tomorrow is sure and bright. It sound good if the Poor later become rich but it is very ridiculous for a rich to later be poor(Don't look down on people) because no one is beyond challenges.
     
       Respect people's opinion even if you won't go after it, Encourage those who are depressed with soft words, Give to those in needy even if it is little, build Future with them because some people needs you to be successful in life so that they can attach themselves to you in order to make there own success.

           Greatness is not measure by height nor weight, it is not measure by skin colur nor body shape, it is not measure by the level of your intelligence nor by fluent English. Greatness is measure by the level of your Donation.  For you to be great in life you must learn how to give from the little you have. (The more you give, the more you take).
           Do you think you are Great? or you think you have more than enough? but you can't give out of it, I'm glad to tell you  that you are not Great but you are only Famous. There is a clear difference between Great and Famous. Famous people give only for the sake of given, they will always want people to notice them whenever they render little help (Just for knowing sake) and they speaks a lot about money (Brag with money).
            Great people look into the eye of mean men with passion, they work in silence, they speak in silence, they give in silence (without knowing) and money speaks more about them. Great people never tells how great they are but famous people will always speak more than who they are. You don't need to announce how great you are,your impact on people, the level of your Donation and what is in you will announce your Greatness.

        Procrastination is a complex psychological behavior that affect everybody and it is related mostly to time management
        Procrastination often known exactly what you should be doing even if you can't do it. It happens to everyone in one way or the other and it should be put under control for It not to affect your lifestyle
        Mostly procrastination happens to students who are not willing to study. For example: A student might estimate that an examination might take only two days to write and you have some days left in order to read ahead, instead you are found playing with your time and due to your non challant attitude you wasted all you time and unable read.

      At this junction during the examination you might not be able to put something down because you have wasted your precious time doing nothing instead of reading. After the examination you will now realise you have loss alot of things which means you are not under control of time.
     Stop procastinating , procrastination is rewarded negatively and the behaviour will be repeated over and over again if you are not time conscious and through this you might loss valuable and precious things.
